If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"lead\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">We\u00a0<span class=\"SpellE\">&#8220;FD&#8221;<\/span> want to ensure that you are 100% happy &amp; satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">However, if you feel your purchases are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right &amp; we are happy to assist you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">Although we&#8217;d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please follow the steps below for a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"lead\"><span lang=\"EN-AU\">Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible.
